I have used the fluff and fold service quite a few times and I couldn’t be happier. I haven’t had a single thing lost or ruined. They take care in their work and honor special requests such as hang dry, cold water, gentle..etc. Just bring your hangers from home. Fairly priced and great for those moments of laundry desperation. Glad I found another tool to put into my “busy mom, no time” tool kit.
