How do I schedule a pickup?
Easy! Just click on the "Schedule a Pickup" button in the upper right hand corner. Input your information, including when you want your pick up and when you want your delivery. You can sign up for us to come out to your business multiple times a week if need be.
How do I pay for service?
You can pay online or in store. You can set up the service so that you will be billed after each order or every week or every month. An invoice will be emailed to you. Or your credit card on file can be set up to be charged automatically.
Do I have to be on a schedule?
No. If your business has a fluctuating schedule you can sign up for pickup and delivery service as needed.
Do you wash my laundry with other customer's laundry?
Absolutely not. We wash each client's laundry by itself to ensure there are no mix ups or any kind of cross contamination.
Do you use good detergent when you wash my laundry?
Yes! We use premium products when we launder your clothes. We offer Gain, Tide, OxiClean, Bleach, Bounce and Downy. Some brands may have an upcharge.
